I suspect that I'm sinking again. The only thing that seems real is gravity. My mind is turning against me and is voluntarily sorting the mess floating in my head. My head is terribly full leaving me feel very heavy. I wish my day had console so I could hit the reset button.
Things that made my tolerable:
+Simon & Garfunkel.
+The suspicious looking squirrel sitting by my car in the parking lot.
+The bottle of Coke waiting for me in the fridge.

Yep. Console with a reset. I'd use it at least weekly. It's a fountain Mountain Dew for me...or half a box of Cheez-itz...or combo #7 and a buritto from Taco Bell. At least you had music and not food.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time...hopefully you can find some peace and non-heavy-headness soon. :) Chocolate and caffeine...that's the trick!!
