i eat pickles like everyday is national pickle day.

Me: Wheat, ham & turkey, provolone, and extra pickles.

Subway lady: Are you pregnant?

Me: Um...?

Subway lady: You got extra pickles.

Me: Pickles are my favorite.

Subway lady: Oh, pregnant ladies love pickles.

EDIT: She did make clear when I was paying that I didn't look pregnant, she thought it was the pickles. Either way, being a girl and knowing I don't have anything to make me look pregnant, I was a teeny bit offended.

even thinking about this list makes me excited.

Kaleena's teeny tiny list of things I'm looking forward to and makes me clap and have a fit of joy when I think about them:
  • Carving pumpkins next week. I actually don't even know if this is even happening. I suppose someone somewhere next week will be carving pumpkins, so if you are reading this... I'M EXCITED FOR YOU.
  • Grocery shopping in the morning. I truly adore spending my Sunday mornings at the grocery store. I seriously feel a little butterfly twirl in my stomach when I think about going to the grocery store. It doesn't get better than wandering up and down aisles filling your basket with a whole lot of things you and your American thighs don't really need.
  • Eating the jar of Nally Baby Dill Pickles I will get while grocery shopping.
  • Flying on an airplane and spending November 11th-14th in Indiana.
  • Riding on a bus from Salt Lake City, Utah to San Diego, California from November 18-21. The wheels on the bus go round and round....
  • Decorating our house for Christmas. I have an idea list that's longer than Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
  • November 19th.... EXPECTO PATRONUM!
  • ZzzzzZzzzZzzz
Note to self: find real things worthy of having a fit of joy for.

    it's aliiiiive.

Entry #1 of a dramatic and little bit paranoid survivor's diary: I survived!!!!

I went 30 (ish) hours without doing what I do often and best, eating. Yeah, 30 hours. You can only imagine the dreams I had of bath tubs filled with cheese fries... or couches made of sandwiches.... and pickles, just pickles. I broke the dry spell with QUE THE DRUM ROLL!! Tootise Rolls. I was reluctant because I feared any food my stomach came in contact with would trigger the... the b-b-beast again. Well, my intestines agreed with Tootise Rolls and I had 30 hours of eating to make up for and we all lived happily ever after singing, Kumbaya.

Luckily, after the eating today, my intestines don't feel like they are being stretched apart like a tug of rope at a summer camp.

Thank you to everyone in the world who are disgusted by pickles and find them a nuisance, that means more for me!! Seriously though, pickles are delightful.

Now, you are about to cross "watch a video of a manatee squishing into a window" off your list of... things.... to watch.
